When your order is placed, we combine your postal address with seasonal data to get an accurate view of your climate conditions.

When will you offer more than just a shampoo and conditioner?
We create tailored formulations for each customer, with hundreds of potential combinations. Developing these unique formulations has required an unprecedented amount of data gathering, analysis, and testing, on an order of magnitude more involved than traditional haircare companies.

Our focus at this point involves focusing on the shampoo and conditioner, the ‘core’ of every haircare regime - and creating products with effectiveness such that the reliance on styling products is reduced.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders generally arrive within 5-15 business days.
Why is there such a wide variance in delivery time?
To minimise postage time as much as possible, we try to keep pre-formulated base formulations available that only require minor additional formulation to be ready for postage.
My order hasn't arrived. What should I do?
In very rare cases, it may take up to 18 business days for your order to arrive. If your order hasn’t arrived at this point, please contact us immediately at [email protected]
Is myFormula available in my country?
Currently, myFormula is only available in the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom. We’re working to expand myFormula to new countries as quickly as possible.
